1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how Buyers may use the Point Click Leads platform and lead data. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
Buyers may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense leads
- Harass, intimidate, or mislead consumers
- Spam, robocall, or contact consumers without lawful consent
- Misrepresent affiliation with Point Click Leads
- Bypass tracking, billing, routing, or quality controls
- Scrape, export, or harvest data at scale
- Use the platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes
3. Compliance Obligations
Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to TCPA, privacy laws, advertising regulations, and consumer protection laws.
4. Enforcement
Point Click Leads may investigate suspected violations and take action at its sole discretion, including warnings, throttling, suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Point Click Leads may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required.
