1. Dispute Window
Buyers may dispute a lead within seven (7) days of delivery. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed.
2. Valid Dispute Reasons
- Wrong geographic location
- Delivered outside Buyer’s active hours
- Duplicate lead
- Disconnected or invalid phone number
- Spam or prank submission
3. Review Process
All disputes are manually reviewed by Point Click Leads. Submission of a dispute does not guarantee approval. All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Point Click Leads. A lead is not considered invalid solely because the consumer did not purchase, declined services, or changed intent. Leads are not invalid due to missed calls, unanswered calls, voicemail routing, staffing issues, or internal Buyer availability.
4. Credits
Approved disputes are refunded to the original payment method on file at Point Click Leads LLC’s sole discretion. Refunds, if issued, apply only to the specific lead approved for dispute review and do not constitute an admission of fault or liability. Refunds are not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash outside of the original payment method, and may not be applied to any other charges unless expressly authorized by Point Click Leads LLC. Point Click Leads LLC reserves the right to deny, limit, or revoke refund eligibility in cases of suspected abuse, excessive disputes, or violations of these Terms.
5. Abuse of Dispute Process
Abuse of the dispute process may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination.
